Frequently Asked Questions

A: Friday, September 29th – 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday, September 30th – 11:00 am to 11:00 pm

A: Proceeds from the festival go to many different charities, which have included organizations such as:

  • The Boys & Girls Club of Springfield
  • The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri
  • And other local charities

A: The event will be located in the field directly across from the University Plaza Convention Center. To see a map of the specific location see our home page.

A: Friday night is family night

A: Parking is $5 in the garage adjacent to the event with other parking available throughout downtown.

A: We will have the following types of carnival food available: Burgers, Dogs, Brats, Corn Dogs, Walking Tacos, Ice Cream & Funnel Cakes, as well as, German food options provided by HyVee.
